Opening hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday between 9 am and 12 pm and between 2.30 pm and 6.30 pm. On Saturday between 9 am and 7 pm.
From 01/09 to 12/12/2025
Opening hours between 9 am and 12 pm and between 2 pm and 6 pm.
Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Closed exceptionally on November 1st and November 11th.

You can drop someone off at the doctor's surgery car park in Flaine Forum. Then walk under the building, past the tourist office.

How to find us

The agency is on the ground floor of the Flaine Forum shopping centre, on the same level as the Tourist Office, between the White Pub and Chez Lily pizzeria. We also have a reception office in the Résidence Les Pléiades in Flaine Forêt.

A few days before your arrival, you will receive an e-mail telling you which reception office to go to to collect your keys in person.
