Welcoming people with disabilities

Accessible for wheelchairs with assistance

There are no flats adapted for people with motor disabilities. However, you can drop off a wheelchair user in front of the branch entrance.

Baby equipment hire to be booked in advance (extra charge).

25% of the deposit will be required to confirm your booking. Then, 1 month before your arrival, the full amount will be required.

How to find us

The Agency is located on the first floor of the Flaine Forum shopping centre, on the same level as the pharmacy and the Art Centre.

To get there on foot from Flaine Forêt, take the orange inclined lifts. From the bottom of lift No. 1, go straight into the building on your left.

Are you coming by car? To collect your keys, you can drive straight to Flaine Forum. You'll have 1? hours free parking. The nearest car park is P2.
