With the Moniteurs de Ski Indépendants Flaine Grand Massif, you can discover ski touring alongside a ski mountaineering enthusiast.
If you’re keen to go off-piste and explore untouched areas, ski touring is the perfect way to discover new playgrounds in Flaine and the Grand Massif ski area. Take advantage of the ski lifts to get to the top of the resort, and take your ski touring skis to the summits for some great descents… the best part!

From 14/12/2024 to 21/04/2025, daily.
The ski touring season can last until early May, depending on the snow conditions.

You need to have an "advanced" level of skiing and be in good physical condition to be able to complete the outing in the best possible conditions.

Rates

Half-day: from €280 for 1 or 2 people.
Full day: from €440 for 1 or 2 people.

Price does not include : Ski pass (depending on the outing chosen), ski equipment hire, safety equipment (Arva, shovel, probe), insurance and meals.

How to find us

There are two meeting places with the Moniteurs Indépendants de Flaine Grand Massif:
- Flaine Forum, at the foot of the télébenne (also known as the yoghurt pot).
- Flaine Forêt, at the arrival point of the télébenne and the tapis du Bissac.

To get there on foot from Flaine Forêt or Flaine Forum, use the orange inclined lifts.

Coming by car? In Flaine Forum, the nearest car park is P2, just before the entrance to Flaine Forum. In Flaine Forêt, the nearest car park is P3, next to the entrance to Flaine Forêt.
