Philippe regularly organises snowshoe walks in Flaine. As a mountain guide, he’ll help you discover the pristine areas of Flaine and the Grand-Massif during your hike.

A range of snowshoe walks are available. The walks are varied and depend on the programme on offer. From a snowshoe hike in the Platé desert, with a breathtaking view of the Mont Blanc massif, to a snowshoe hike around Flaine, these snowshoe outings are adapted to your level.

The snowshoeing season can run from early November to late May, depending on the snow conditions.

The minimum age for taking part in the snowshoe outing will depend on the minimum height available when the snowshoes are hired.

We recommend that you wear clothing suitable for winter sports. Snow boots are strongly recommended, but Moon Boots are not suitable.

There is no minimum number of people required to take part in this activity, as you will join a group that has already been formed.

Half day: €30
Half-day entry: €200
Full-day entry: €350.
Price includes : Snowshoes and walking poles for hire.
Price does not include : Lift ticket (depending on the outing chosen), meal.

Go to Skiset Flaine Sport (La Forêt) to get your snowshoes.

To get there on foot from Flaine Forum, take the inclined lift No. 1. Coming by car? The nearest car park is P3, just before the entrance to Flaine Forum.
