Home :

A good level of downhill cycling is required on Flaine, as the terrain can be more or less difficult. For beginners, there is the possibility of doing your outing in the Giffre valley (1 hour's drive away) rather than in Flaine.

The minimum age is determined by the rental equipment (in Flaine, no bikes are hired under the age of 12).
The maximum group size is set at 8 people for introductory outings.
